We bought a small crib - I would STRONGLY recommend this to anyone in need of a crib for small spaces!  Topanga was 3 and used this with plenty of room.  We moved her out to a big girl bed when Kaellum was too big for his bassinet.  All the benefits of a regular size crib in a smaller compact size!
