Final Sale or Clearance Items: Please contact to discuss, dealt with on a case by case basis.
Baby of the Week & Military Discount: Products purchased under these programs may be exchanged or given store credit only for actual price paid by you. No monetary refunds. All other return policies apply.
Defective Merchandise: While every effort has been made to provide you with top quality merchandise, if you believe you have defective merchandise, you must contact the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on defective merchandise.
Package Deals: If you purchased a package deal and return only a portion of it, we calculate the items you kept as if you had purchased them individually at regular retail value from our website. If you purchase a package deal that included a free bonus item(s), you will need to return the free item(s) (still in their new/unused condition) along with your return. If the free item has been used, or you decide you would like to keep the item, then the cost of the item will be deducted from your return.
Refused Packages: Refusing a package is not a viable return method. Any packages sent back to Cloth Diapers To Go as refused are subject to a 50% restocking fee & possibly original actual shipping cost. If you need to make a return please follow our return procedure listed above.
Gift Returns: If you received a gift purchased from Cloth Diapers To Go, you may return the item for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date (all return policies apply). We will need the receipt OR the name of the purchaser and we will be able to look up the information for you. Once we receive and process your return we will set up a store credit. You may use your store credit to purchase anything from our store.
Exchanges: Our inventory at Cloth Diapers To Go is constantly changing and unfortunately we may not have a particular item/color/size in stock when a return is received. Your item will be replaced with same or similar item & if necessary, we will try to honor requests. $1.00 restocking fee does applies for exchanges. Actual shipping charges will be charged to ship the exchanged item back to you from Cloth Diapers To Go. All other return policies apply to exchanges.

Instructions For All Returns
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase/invoice date.
- Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include all original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- You must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization form below for all returns. * you may send in regular mail or submit online*
Please wait for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to be approved before shipping your return to us. You will receive an email notification when your request has been approved including your RMA number and return instructions. - After obtaining your RMA number, please send your package, along with a copy of your original receipt, to:

Silver Bay MN, 55614 - Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. Cloth Diapers To Go is not responsible for returned items we do not receive.
- When your package is received & processed, you will receive an email indicating your return is “complete.” This may take up to 10 days.
- Since all orders are shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs of Cloth Diapers To Go will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund. If you choose store credit shipping fee will not be deducted. We weight the returns to get actual shipping costs.
- A $1.00 restocking fee per item returned will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund.
