All of cloth diaper company's basically have the same washing instructions & the most important part is NO ADDITIVES OF ANY KIND. I can't give you a full list of things that people may try to add to their diapers and accessories. Things such as, but not limited to: bleach, RLR, Oxyclean, vinegar, whiteners, "oxi" products in general, borax.... usually all void your warranty. The reason for this is that these products can and have been shown to cause delamination or drying and cracking of the PUL. If your diapers smell bad after washing - use MORE detergent to wash the diapers. If your diapers smell good after washing but once the baby pees they smell bad - use LESS detergent or RINSE more. Advising a whole lot of additional things to soak diapers in or add to the washer might help in the short term, but can be damaging to diapers and doesn't solve the long term problem. Warranties are for defects, not damage due to washing.

You may return unused, unwashed and unworn items withing 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping with Delivery Confirmation. Please contact usprior to returning any items. Custom orders cannot be returned. Seconds are sold as is and cannot be returned.
Items cannot be accepted for refund if they have been washed, used in any way or damaged.

We understand that this can happen and will do everything we can to make things go smoothly. Measurement charts are conveniently located on each item page for your convenience. We highly encourage you to take a few minutes to measure your child so you can be certain the item you order will fit properly. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact uswith your child's measurements and we would be happy to assist you selecting a size.
If you do receive an item that does not fit, please contact us to make arrangements to return the item. Once the unworn and unwashed item is returned, the exchange item will be mailed to you. Additional shipping costs apply.
Waterproof PUL Trainers
- Before wearing the trainer for the
first time, wash the trainer in hot water and dry on hot to seal needle
holes to the PUL during sewing.
- All fabrics, except for waterproof PUL are prewashed and preshrunk in hot water prior to sewing.
- Do not use fabric softener as it will coat your inner lining and soaker fabrics and result in a reduction in absorbency.
- Do not use bleach, iron or dry cleaning.
- Care Instructions (after first wash): Prerinse in cold WITHOUT detergent, wash on warm using a gentle, diaper safe laundry
detergent. An extra cool rinse will insure all detergent has been removed. Dry on low or air dry. Using a very hot dryer can shorten the life of the PUL. You will get the longest life possible out of the PUL by hanging dry. Trainers containing cotton or bamboo velour inner linings will be much softer if partially dried before hanging.
- Poo Accidents: A prewash in warm water will help prevent staining.
- Bamboo Fleece Soakers: The
bamboo fleece is washed four times prior to sewing. With your prewash,
you will now have five washes down. It can take up to 8 washes for the
bamboo to reach it’s maximum absorbency.
- Detergent: Detergents should be free of brighteners, fabric softener, bleach, including color safe bleach, enzymes,
fragrance and dyes. Use 1/3 to 1/2 of the recommended amount of detergent. Excessive laundry detergent will cause a build up that can cause odor and affect absorbency.
- Removing Stains and Odors: Trainers can be placed in the sun (wrong side out) for a couple of hours to remove staining.
- If your trainers develop an odor after washing,
they may need an extra hot wash cycle. If you think it could be your
detergent, check the ingredients and switch brands. Stripping detergent
buildup may also be necessary by running several HOT wash cycles WITHOUT
detergent until no visible bubbles appear in the washer.
- Do not use bleach as a method to deodorize your soakers. This method will break down your fabric, causing the fabric to slip out of the serged seams.

Important FuzziBunz® Care and Warranty Information: In order to ensure long-lasting quality and utility from your FuzziBunz® diapers, it’s important that you wash and care for them as instructed by the manufacturer. Please keep your receipt – it will guarantee that you get swift and uncontested service provided that you need to return your diapers. FuzziBunz® diapers are an investment – please keep all of your paperwork.
Caring for your FuzziBunz®: FuzziBunz® diapers are a single use diapers. Wash both the FuzziBunz® and insert after each use.
Most babies will experience little to no diaper rash after using FuzziBunz®. Do not use any rash or diaper ointments or creams with the diapers.
When wet, separate insert and FuzziBunz® and store in a dry diaper pail.
If soiled, simply knock solids into toilet. Small solids stuck to the fleece will dissolve in the wash. Use a mini-shower toilet attachment to rinse off soiled diapers over the toilet (optional).
Washing/Drying your FuzziBunz®: First, run a cold rinse or soak cycle with no detergent.
Second, run a hot cycle with detergent. Do not use bleach.
Third, if your hot wash is not automatically followed by a cold rinse, run a cold rinse cycle. This step only necessary with a particularly dirty load.
Tumble dry the diapers in dryer on low or hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener or pure soap*. Never dry on high heat.

Hook and Loop & Elastic have a 6 month guarantee. Washing in high heat and drying in high heat will quickly ruin these. After the 6 month period we will gladly send you replacement pieces so you may make any necessary repairs. Sewing defects have a 3 month guarantee. All guarantees are for the original owner only. When GroVia products have been properly cared for, we will warranty them for up to one year from the date of purchase. The GroVia Guarantee includes: the snaps, lining, elastic and waterproofing.
The GroVia Guarantee is extended to the original owner ONLY and you MUST provide proof of purchase. You must have followed our washing and care instructions. The warranty will be void if you have done any of the following:
To make a warranty claim please fill out the Shipping & Return form on our website and return with defected product for full examination. The diapers must arrive clean, dry and stink-free. If the diapers are unclean, severely stained or odorous, we will send them back to you at your expense. If, after carefully inspecting your properly cared for GroVia diapers we find that indeed they do have a defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
The GroVia Guarantee is extended to the original owner ONLY and you MUST provide proof of purchase. You must have followed our washing and care instructions. The warranty will be void if you have done any of the following:
- Washed your GroVia Shells in hot water with temperatures over 130F or 54.4C. (In general hot water is 130 degrees Fahrenheit (54.4 Celsius) or above. Warm water is between 110 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit (43.3-32.2 Celsius). Cold water is generally between 80 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit (26.7- 15 Celsius).
- Used any detergent containing additives such as enzymes, brighteners, dyes, bleach or any whiteners, perfumes or oils.
- Used any diaper rash creams that are petroleum based.
To make a warranty claim please fill out the Shipping & Return form on our website and return with defected product for full examination. The diapers must arrive clean, dry and stink-free. If the diapers are unclean, severely stained or odorous, we will send them back to you at your expense. If, after carefully inspecting your properly cared for GroVia diapers we find that indeed they do have a defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
